Didn't we do well?

Thinking and clinking: a fantastic quiz night where everyone was a winner

Local gastropub, the Six Bells in Farnham, invited us to their PubAid quiz evening and gave the proceeds to help fund research

Quiz masters and amateur trivialists joined forced to raise funds for The Silent Bleed on Monday 5th March. Between rounds, participants lined up for the bottle and meal-for-two tombolas and together we raised a fantastic £250.

Every penny gets ploughed straight back into research and support, so everyone wins.

We're enormously grateful to Ian and Amy at the pub, who made us so welcome on the night, they couldn't have done more: throwing in prizes, keeping everyone happy and even adding in a couple of trick questions to throw off the professionals in the room. With a meal for the winning team and an afternoon's bowling for the runners-up there was everything to play for.

We're pleased to announce joint winners were quiz regulars Six Go Wild in Farnham and coming in shortly behind, the outsiders: the Silent Bleed team. Best Team Name went to The Dyslexic Brians. Very clever.
